Andy Turner

Andy started his own plumbing company and spent over a decade growing it, building a team, expanding services, and earning a reputation across Hampshire and Surrey. A joint venture with Luke is the next step, and a natural evolution of everything he's built.

Luke Turner

Luke has been in the trade for over a decade, spending years working across London before co-founding Boiler Fix Solutions with Andy. That breadth of experience, across different properties, systems and clients, shows in the quality of every job completed.

What area are you based in?

We're based in Hampshire and Surrey and cover the surrounding areas. Not sure if we reach you? Just give us a call and we'll let you know.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on the work. A boiler service or repair is usually done in a few hours, a full boiler replacement typically takes a day, and larger installations or bathroom fits can take several days. We'll always give you a clear timeframe before we start.

Do you offer free quotes?

Yes — we'll assess the job and give you a no-obligation quote before any work begins. No hidden costs, no surprises.

Are you able to install heat pumps?

Yes, we install air source heat pumps and can advise on whether your home is a good fit. It's worth having a conversation before committing, and we'll always give you an honest answer rather than just sell you something.

Can I stay in my home while work is being done?

In most cases, yes. We'll always let you know in advance if there are any periods where heating or hot water will be off, so you can plan around it.

Do you work on oil boilers as well as gas?

Yes, we're OFTEC registered which means we're qualified to work on oil-fired systems as well as gas. Whatever your setup, we've got it covered.
